吴彦秋，哈尔滨人，中共党员，博士副教授。主要研究方向为俄罗斯文学、历史、国别区域研究等。近年来从事俄语教学与研究工作。主持参与省市级教学科研项目近10项；在国内外核心及其他期刊发表论文40余篇。现为浙江省一流本科专业（俄语）负责人，浙江省本科一流课程《旅游俄语》课程负责人。

Wu Yanqiu, PhD, associate professor. Her main research interests include Russian and Middle Asia countries and regional studies. She has presided over and participated in nearly 10 teaching and research projects at provincial and municipal levels, and has published more than 40 papers in domestic and foreign core and other journals. She is now in charge of the first-class undergraduate program (Russian) in Zhejiang Province, and in charge of the first-class undergraduate course Russian for Tourism in Zhejiang Province.
