杨勤，博士，副研究员，主要从事数字经济、生态旅游、教育管理等领域研究工作。近5年，作为负责人主持承担浙江省哲社思政专项课题1项、绍兴市哲学社会科学重点课题1项；发表论文十余篇，其中一篇入选为ESI高被引论文（Highly Cited Papers）。获鉴湖青年社科学者称号。
