徐丹，博士，讲师，中共党员，美国饭店业注册高级教育导师，全国核心能力礼仪指导师。研究方向：康养旅游、乡村旅游、生态旅游。
主要成果：主持绍兴市哲学社会科学研究“十三五”规划2017年度重点课题《“旅游+”时代背景下绍兴市乡村旅游区域品牌建设研究》，2018 年绍兴市高等教育课堂教学改革课题《“以赛促学、以赛促教”教学模式在<酒店服务与礼仪>课程中的应用与实践》。浙江省一流课程负责人、校级双语示范课程负责人。第一作者发表康养旅游、乡村旅游及相关教学改革论文多篇。

Main achievements: Presided over the 2017 key project of Shaoxing's philosophy and social science research 13th Five-Year Plan,—Research on Shaoxing's Rural tourism Regional Brand Construction under the background of Tourism + era, and the 2018 Shaoxing higher education classroom teaching reform project—Application and practice of the teaching mode of Promoting Learning and Teaching by Competition in the course of Hotel Service and Etiquette. Zhejiang Province first-class course leader, school level bilingual demonstration course leader. As the first author, I has published several papers on health tourism, rural tourism and related teaching reform.
