徐艾菂，博士，讲师，主要从事数字经济等领域研究工作，在制造业数字化改革及供应链绩效评价等方面取得重要创新成果。近5年，作为负责人主持承担浙江省哲学社会科学规划课题1项、浙江省十四五教学改革项目1项、浙江省教育厅课题1项，作为第一参与人参与浙江省哲社重点课题1项、浙江省哲社课题1项；主持建设省级一流课程1门；发表SCI、SSCI、A&HCI、EI等高水平论文十余篇。以第一完成人获浙江省高校微课教学比赛一等奖、浙江省第一届高校教师教学创新大赛二等奖；荣获教育部在线教育研究中心“智慧教学之星”、校级“教坛新秀”等称号。
Dr. Aidi Xu, lecturer, mainly engaged in research in fields such as digital economy, and has achieved important innovative results in digital reform of the manufacturing industry and supply chain performance evaluation. In the past 5 years, she has presided over one Zhejiang Province Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project, one Zhejiang Province 14th Five-Year Plan Teaching Reform Project, and one Project of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education; presided over the construction of one Provincial-Level First-Class Undergraduate Course; published over ten papers in high-level journals such as SCI, SSCI, A&HCI, and EI; won the first prize in the Zhejiang Province University Micro-Course Teaching Competition, and the second prize in the Zhejiang Province University Teacher Teaching Innovation Competition; received titles such as Smart Teaching Star from the Online Education Research Center of the Ministry of Education, and New Talent in the Teaching from Zhejiang Yuexiu University.
