魏爱萍，中共党员，副教授，博士，休闲旅游发展研究中心副主任。中国饭店协会会员，美国饭店协会教育学院教育导师（CHE），注册讲师（CHI），美国注册酒店数据分析师（CHIA）。
主要成果：主持浙江省十四五省级教学改革项目，浙江省教科规划课题、浙江省教育厅一般课题，浙江省普通高校“十三五”第二批新形态教材项目，绍兴市高等教育课堂教学改革课题等多项教科研项目；主持浙江省一流线上课程《酒店市场营销》，首批劳动教育一流课程《专业实习》；发表SCI，北大核心、省级期刊论文十余篇；曾获浙江省本科院校互联网“互联网+教学”示范课堂，校级教学优秀一等奖，新艾迪奖教金，CJ奖励基金育人成效二等奖，学科竞赛优秀指导教师等荣誉称号。指导学生荣获国A类学科竞赛一等奖1项，三等奖1项，国际金质奖1项，省A类二等奖3项，三等奖1项，指导学生立项国家级创新创业类项目4项，省级2项。

Wei Aiping, CPC member, Associate Professor, PhD, Vice Director of Leisure Tourism Development Research Center. The member of China Hotel Association (CHA). Certified Hospitality Instructor (CHE), Certified Hospitality Instructor (CHI), and Certified Hospitality Data Analyst (CHIA) of American Hotel Association (AHA).
Main Achievements: Presided over a number of teaching and research projects such as Zhejiang Provincial Teaching Reform Project of the 14th Five-Year Plan Zhejiang Provincial Educational Science Planning Project，Zhejiang Provincial Education Department General Project, Zhejiang Provincial Thirteenth Five-Year Plan Second Batch of New Teaching Materials Project, and Shaoxing Municipal Higher Education Classroom Teaching Reform Project, etc.; Presided over the provincial first-class online course Sales and Marketing for Hospitality Industry, the provincial first batch of labor education online courses Professional Internship. Has published more than ten papers in SCI, Beida core and provincial journals;Was awarded the undergraduate colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province Internet Internet + Teaching demonstration classroom, the first prize of the university-level teaching excellence, the new Eddie Award, the second prize of CJ Award Fund for the effectiveness of educating people, the academic competition excellent instructor etc.; Has guided students to win 1 first prize and 1 third prize in national A level academic competitions, 1 international gold medal, 3 second prizes and 1 third prize in provincial A level competitions, and has guided students to set up 4 innovation and entrepreneurship projects at national level and 2 projects at provincial level.
