钱芳斌，博士，现任浙江越秀外国语学院酒店管理学院副院长，美国饭店业协会注册教育讲师，美国注册酒店数据分析师，高级会展职业经理人。2020年入选绍兴市第六届“社科新人”，获浙江省实验室工作先进个人、浙江省会展学会先进个人、校级教坛新秀、新艾迪奖教金等荣誉，CJ奖励基金——教学创新特等奖及教学创新奖等多项荣誉称号。主持参与浙江省教学改革课题、浙江省社科规划重点课题、浙江省产学协同育人项目等省部级教科研项目6项；主持浙江省高校实验室工作研究项目、绍兴市哲学社会科学研究规划课题、绍兴市教学改革项目等市厅级教科研项目5项；主持参与浙江省新形态教材建设项目1项、浙江省一流本科课程2门，浙江省课程思政示范课程1门，浙江省虚拟仿真实验项目2项、绍兴市精品在线开放课程1门，为浙江省本科院校“互联网+教学”示范课堂负责人；在《光明日报》、《中国教育报》以及被SSCI,SCI收录的核心学术刊物发表论文多篇。指导学生获国家级A类学科竞赛特等奖，及其它各级各类奖项数十项。

Clare QIAN, PhD, Associate Dean of the Zhejiang Yuexiu University’s School Of Hospitality Administration, CHI, CHIA, Senior exhibition professional manager. In 2020, she was selected as the sixth Social Science Newcomer in Shaoxing City. She has won a number of honorary titles including Advanced Individual in Laboratory Work of Zhejiang Province, Advanced Individual in Exhibition Society of Zhejiang Province, Rookie Talent in teaching, New Aidi Award, and etc. She took charge of or as a principal member participated in 6 provincial level research and/or teaching projects, and 5 municipal level projects. She also presided over and participated in 1 project of Zhejiang Province New Form Teaching Materials construction, 5 provincial first-class/ demonstration courses, and 1 municipal elaborate MOOC courses, and is the leader of Internet + Teaching demonstration course in undergraduate colleges in Zhejiang Province. In recent years, she has published more than 10 academic papers in Guangming Daily, China Education Daily and core academic journals included by SSCI and SCI. Guided students to win the grand prize of the national Class A discipline competition, and dozens of other various awards at all levels.
