刘卫星，女，祖籍山东，教授，中共党员，1958年6月出生，土家族。1982年1月毕业于重庆建筑工程学院机电系（已并入重庆大学）。曾任中建四局工程师、中国商品评介杂志社记者、贵州师范大学教授。2015年9月全职返聘于浙江越秀外国语学院酒店管理学院教师、督导。主要从事旅游学概论、旅游者行为学、酒店质量管理等课程的教学。曾主持省部级课题及厅级课题如“贵州省大学生创业教育研究”“贵州少数民族地区新农村建设中推行循环经济模式研究”等多项。在国内核心刊物和省级以上刊物发表相关论文如：新农村建设中的扶贫开发研究、试论健全新农村社区公共服务供给体系、生态文明建设的伦理解读——基于可持续发展的视角、试析市场经济条件下的“礼”等40余篇。曾多次获得贵州师范大学优秀共产党员、年度考核优秀；首届本科教学质量奖；黄如论优秀教师奖等。本人恪守“教之以事而喻诸德也”的教育理念，为人师表、与时俱进。
Liu Weixing, female, native to Shandong, professor, member of the Communist Party of China, born in June 1958, of the Tujia ethnic group. Graduated from the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering in January 1982 (incorporated into Chongqing University). Formerly served as an engineer at China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau, a journalist at China Commodity Review Magazine, and a professor at Guizhou Normal University. In September 2015, I was hired full-time as a teacher and supervisor at the School of Hotel Management at Zhejiang Yuexiu Foreign Studies University. Mainly engaged in teaching courses such as Introduction to Tourism, Tourist Behavior, and Hotel Quality Management. I have presided over several provincial and ministerial level projects, as well as department level projects such as Research on Entrepreneurship Education for College Students in Guizhou Province and Research on Promoting Circular Economy Models in the Construction of New Countryside in Guizhou Minority Areas. Published over 40 related papers in domestic core journals and provincial-level or above, such as research on poverty alleviation and development in the construction of new rural areas, discussion on improving the public service supply system in new rural communities, ethical interpretation of ecological civilization construction - based on the perspective of sustainable development, and analysis of etiquette under market economy conditions. I have been awarded the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member and Excellent Annual Assessment by Guizhou Normal University multiple times; The First Undergraduate Teaching Quality Award; Huang Rulun Outstanding Teacher Award, etc. I adhere to the educational philosophy of teaching by doing things and comparing virtues, and serve as a model and keep up with the times.
