白志宏，浙江越秀外国语学院教授、稽山学者、土木工程及餐旅管理双专长博士。现担任浙江越秀外国语学院酒店管理学院学术带头人、休闲旅游发展研究中心主任、国家社会科学同行评议专家、浙江省社科联社科专家、浙江科技学院硕士研究生导师。曾任美国南加州大学访问学者、第二届欧洲International Conference on Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation 研讨会文章审查及编辑委员、台湾南亚技术学院餐旅管理系主任、福建信息职业技术学院教授及智慧旅游办公室主任、福建省及平潭综合实验区科技特派员。
近年来, 发表国际学术期刊论文16篇、主持或参与纵向课题(省部级项目以上）包括《大陆文化遗产旅游对两岸青年民族认同影响研究》、《东亚历史海域与浙江社会发展》等共12项、取得中国实用新型专利6项。长期担任Tourism Management. Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Journal of Gambling Studies, Service Business, Journal of Computational Methods in Sciences and Engineering SSCI/SCI期刊审查委员。获Bare 国际组织邀请担任马来西亚Mulu Marriott Hotel及日本冲绳Ritz-Carlton五星酒店评审员。获得2020年韩国WiC 世界创新发明大赛银牌奖。

n Profile
Chih-Hung Pai, Professor of Zhejiang Yuexiu University, Jishan Scholar, Ph.D. of dual expertise in Civil Engineering and Hospitality Management. He is currently serving as the academic leader of the School of Hospitality Management, the director of the Leisure Tourism Development Research Center, an expert in peer review of National Office for Philosophy and Social Sciences and Zhejiang Province Association of Social Sciences Community, and a postgraduate tutor of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. He used to be a visiting scholar at the University of Southern California in USA, reviewer and editorial member of the 2nd European International Conference on Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation, director of the Hospitality Management Department of Nanya Institute of Technology in Taiwan, professor of Fujian Polytechnic of Information Technology, and director of the Smart Tourism Office, Science and Technology Commissioner of Fujian Province and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone.
In recent years, he has published 16 papers in top international academic journals, presided over or participated in 12longitudinal projects (above provincial or ministerial level projects), including Research on the Impact of Mainland Cultural Heritage Tourism on Cross-Strait Youth National Identity, East Asian Historical Sea Areas and Zhejiang Social Development, etc., and obtained 6 items of Chinese utility model patents. He served as a review of Tourism Management, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Journal of Gambling Studies, Service Business, Journal of Computational Methods in Sciences and Engineering SSCI/SCI journals for a long time. He invited by Bare International Organization to be the Five-star Hotel reviewer for Mulu Marriott Hotel in Malaysia and Ritz-Carlton in Okinawa, Japan. He won the silver medal of the 2020 Korea WiC World Innovation and Invention Competition.
