A full-time teacher in the Events Management, currently serving as the director of the International Teaching and Research Office of the School of Hospitality Administration. Her researches focus on events management, exhibition marketing and red tourism. In 2021, she led the school level project Research on the Attraction of Shaoxing Red Tourism Based on Tourist Perceived Value; In 2022, she led the school level education reform project Research on the Integration of Professional Teaching and the Model of ‘Promoting Learning through Competition, Empowering by Competition, Promoting Teaching through Competition, and Casting Morality through Competition ’based on the OBE theory”. She is a team member of the first-class course Introduction to the event industryin Zhejiang Province, he published as the first author Research on the Brand Enhancement of Hongdong Shaoxing from the Perspective of Global Tourism .
