王灵莉，讲师，本科阶段就读于浙江大学、旅游管理专业；研究生获国际酒店和旅游管理理学硕士学位。美国饭店业协会注册教育讲师，美国注册酒店数据分析师。曾在国内知名酒店品牌担任管理职务多年，积累了丰富的商业实践和团队管理经验。
教学方面，主讲多门专业课程，包括《酒店前厅运营管理》，《人力资源管理》，《酒店行业培训管理》等。以严谨认真的态度为特点，结合活泼的教学风格，致力于将复杂的概念和知识以简单易懂的方式传达给学生，培养学生在未来酒店和旅游领域的卓越能力。注重理论与实践的结合，多次指导学生参与各级比赛并取得优异成绩。

Wang Lingli joined Yuexiu School of Hospitality Management in 2015. She holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management. She is a Certified Hospitality Instructor (CHI) and a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), further highlighting her dedication to excellence in hospitality education.
With over seven years of experience in the realm of brand hotels, she has honed her expertise through hands-on involvement in the hospitality sector. Her extensive background in the industry has contributed to a profound understanding of the practical aspects that underpin the world of hotels.
Wang Lingli’s teaching portfolio encompasses various specialized courses such as Hotel Front Office Operations and Management, Human Resource Management, and Hotel Training and Management, etc. Her engaging teaching style seamlessly merges theoretical insights with practical implications, providing students with a comprehensive learning experience. One of her key principles is bridging the gap between theory and practice. She encourages students to participate in discipline competitions, allowing them to hone their practical skills. Under her guidance, numerous students have excelled in various levels of competitions.
