董揆，多年酒店行业经验，先有本土高星级酒店餐饮、安全、客房、前厅，销售运营经历，后有洲际、温德姆、雅高等国际连锁集团旗下中高端品牌筹开运营管理经验。
于2015年加入酒店管理学院，获美国饭店业协会的“注册讲师”、“黄金服务”认证，美国史密斯旅游研究“数据分析师”认证，有校级双语课程一门《酒店设施管理与设计》，现主要讲授《酒店客户管理》、《用户体验设计》等课程。研究领域：酒店管理。

Derick boasts years of hospitality experiences with various operational posts ranging from F&B to S&M as well as pre-opening roles at mid and upscale properties by IHG, Wyndham, Accor.
Derick joins YIHA in 2015, mainly to deliver courses on Hotel Customer Management, UXD, happy to bear a school-level bilingual course-hospitality facilities management and design. Entitled both as CHI and CGSP by AH&LA, together with CHIA by STR, he dedicates himself to the research on hospitality management.
