大堂日常清洁

Lobby daily cleaning

1.推尘（2—3小时/次）。保持地面光亮、无尘、无水渍、无杂物，地面边角无积尘。Dust mopping（2 -3 hours/time）. Ensure the floor is shining and without dust.

2.用抹布擦拭大堂内所有灯具及家具。确保家具表面光亮、无尘，定期打蜡。Dust all lamps and furniture in lobby with dry cleaning cloth. Wax the surface of all furniture regularly.

3．玻璃/玻璃门/边框清洁。确保光亮、无手印、灰尘。Clean all windows. Ensure they are shining, clear and without finger prints.

4.保持洗手间的清洁、光线充足、摆设整齐，地面要干爽无异味，检查各种设备操作是否正常，物品是否齐备。Clean restroom, and keep the amenities in abundance.

5.检查大堂区域的植物，发现问题及时上报。Wet dust all plants and planters pot.

6.清洁所有电梯，包括抛光电梯门，轨道和电梯内地毯。Clean elevator following right procedure which include polishing the elevator door, cleaning the track  and carpet

7.保持大堂所有立式烟灰缸清洁，烟头不得多于3个。更换石英沙。Clean all standing ashtrays in lobby which include replacing white sands. The cigarette are not allowed 3 and above.

如何清洁大堂玻璃镜子

Window cleaning

1.准备工具种类：伸缩杆、玻璃刮、毛头、清水、玻璃水、干毛巾。Prepare tools

2.根据污垢程度配制玻璃水。Make appropriate glass cleaning water in accordance with the stains.  

3.将涂水毛套放入配制好的玻璃水中蘸湿，挤干（不滴水为止），均匀的涂在玻璃表面，有污迹的地方重点抹，注意一次不要涂的面积过大，以免风干Immerse the strip washer in the diluted glass cleaner，absorb it (no more dripping). Apply on the glass surface evenly. Note: Do not spread it in a big area, to avoid it getting dry before squeezing.

4.紧接着用伸缩杆套好玻璃刮（玻璃刮和玻璃平面要保持一定的角度），刮去玻璃面上的水分。Scrap the water on the glass.

5.当玻璃的位置和地面较近时可以把毛头和玻璃刮作横向移动每刮完一块玻璃. Horizontal scrap when low position.

6.用抹布擦干窗框及窗台上的水迹。When window cleaning is completed, wipe the frame and sill, and return all cleaning equipment to the correct storage area in the storeroom.

7.检查地面是否有水并擦干。Check if there are water on the floor and wipe off.

8.将工具洗净后放回指定的位置。Cleaning the tools and return to the storeroom.

9.使用后的保养Maintain

（1）玻璃刮应用清水洗净、抹干、平放，以免变形。Clean the scraper by water and dry it.  Flat place on the floor in case of distortion

（2）伸缩杆应回收到愿位并平放。Extension bar should be stored flat on the floor.

（3）毛头应清洗干净并挂平,玻璃铲刀抹净后收起，避免生锈Mop should be clean. Scraper should be dry in case of rust.

正确使用吸尘器

Correct use of Vacuum Cleaner

1.在使用前检查电线插头、软管、尘袋，防止带病使用。Check the plug, flexible tube, dust bag and vacuum system before starting vacuuming.

2.先接通电源，再打开开关（禁止先开开关再接电源，防止烧坏机器）。Plug in and then switch on the machine.

3.从清洁区域的最里面开始，检查地面有无垃圾和尖锐物。由里向外一行一行吸尘，避免遗漏。Cleaning should be started from inside to outside, one side after another, do not omit any area.

4.发现污渍立即去除。Remove spots or stains immediately when found

5.吸尘时发现异常情况(机身热、异声、异味、吸力弱)立即停止，并报告上级。Stop the machine immediately and report to your supervisor if you find something unusual (machine is too hot, strange noise or smell or low-vacuum effect).

6.不可吸水`玻璃碎片或铁钉，以免损伤电机或尘袋。Do not vacuum water or broken glass which will damage the engine and dust bag.

7.在清洁时，不要用力拉吸尘软管和电线，避免损坏接口和插头。During vacuuming, do not drag the flexible tube and wire too hard, to avoid damage to the joint and plug.

8.每天清洁吸尘耙头、机身、电线，并用干抹布擦滚筒内壁和电线，尘袋不可水洗，要用另一部吸尘器对吸。吸尘器搬运过程中禁止拖拉软管和电线，要用手提或工具车载运。Empty the dust bag every day. Use another machine to vacuum the dust bag. Clean the rake, wipe the cylinder and wire with a dry cleaning cloth.
