What the programme offered：
5 Weeks cross exposure to enhance the understanding of hotel operations
2 operational department experience for each 10 days
Restaurant Waiter/Waitress
Housekeeping Attendant
1 week Move In Casual Orientation and department training with fully understanding of LQE and Guest Recognition
THE LEARNING JOURNEY at MANDARIN ORIENTAL PUDONG, SHANGHAI
This February, MOPUD carried out a special designed programme with 2 local universities. 11 trainees were volunteered to attend the programme to experience.
Throughout the programme, they aim to strengthen trainees' will, develop trainees' professional hospitality skill, enhance trainees' communication ability, experiencing the luxury standards in Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai, becoming the best.
